1. Agreement

By accessing or using PixelPlayDeals (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. What PixelPlayDeals is

PixelPlayDeals is an independent, PlayStation-focused affiliate deals studio. We display and curate listings from third-party partner merchants ("Partners"). PixelPlayDeals does not sell, distribute, or hold inventory of game keys, gift cards, subscription codes, or downloadable content. When you click a Partner link, you leave PixelPlayDeals and any subsequent transaction is solely between you and that Partner.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement and are not barred from purchasing digital products under applicable law.

4. Partner relationships

All products displayed on PixelPlayDeals are sold and fulfilled by Partners. The Partner is the seller of record. Invoicing, payment processing, product delivery, customer support for specific orders, refunds, exchanges, and regional or platform restrictions are the Partner's responsibility.

Pricing, availability, regional compatibility, edition contents, and delivery times are as stated by the Partner at the moment of scan. Partner-side changes can occur between scans.

5. Editorial judgement

Any editorial annotations on the Site — including "Curator's Pick", "Trending", and similar labels — reflect PixelPlayDeals's internal editorial judgement at the time of publication, are not sponsored by any Partner, and are not an endorsement or guarantee of outcome.

6. Affiliate relationship

PixelPlayDeals may receive affiliate commissions when you purchase through links on the Site. This does not increase the price you pay and does not influence which Partners we onboard. See our Affiliate Disclosure.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, mirror, or rehost content at commercial scale without our written consent.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or interfere with operation of the Site.
• Represent yourself as affiliated with PixelPlayDeals when you are not.

8. Intellectual property

All original content on the Site — including layout, branding, design elements, and editorial copy — is the property of PixelPlayDeals or its licensors. Third-party trademarks (including but not limited to Sony, PlayStation, and the various publisher and developer names shown) remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification. PixelPlayDeals is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sony Interactive Entertainment.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any listing, description, price, or availability. Partner products may carry regional restrictions, activation requirements, or platform-specific conditions we cannot guarantee.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixelPlayDeals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or from any transaction completed with a Partner after clicking through. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PixelPlayDeals harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your interaction with a Partner's platform.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
