Merchant onboarding

Every partner passes a review covering licensing, dispute history, delivery performance, and public reputation before a single product of theirs goes live.

Continuous monitoring

We watch delivery time, chargeback rate, and dispute resolution month over month. Partners that drop below thresholds are paused or delisted.

No checkout on our side

We never hold your card, email, or PlayStation credentials. The partner merchant is the seller of record and the only party touching your payment.

We advocate for you

If a merchant won't resolve a dispute, email us. We escalate through our partner channel directly — you're not alone with the support bot.

Clear legal separation

PixelPlayDeals is not the seller. Our terms and the merchant's terms are separate. We link to both clearly on every product page.
